Mine is listed as shipped with a UPS tracking number. Placed order at 11:36am w/ CDW.
 
Successfully ordered 2 with confirmation from circuit city... only 1 per customer... 1 under my name, one under my wife... just need 1 more now.

Just got a confirmation email from CDW for 2 (a 16gb and a 32GB).
I live in Chicago area so they are (supposedly) going to deliver them tomorrow.
No charges on CC yet
 
Just received my tracking number for the BestBuy order. Placed at 6:43 yesterday morning!! Now I'll cancel my HP order (if it doesn't cancel itself)!

Stilling crossing my fingers that my B&N order goes through.

Been all day without it changing from showing it'll ship on the 24th.

Placed my Best Buy order at around 8 AM yesterday and haven't heard anything. I thought a couple of posters on Slickdeals said they placed theirs later than mine and had already received ship confirmation. I guess I'm probably screwed.

Have you checked your order status? If it states to be shipped in 0 or 1 days, you're golden!
 
had to go to the extreme and check all touchpad sellers from google shopping lists and boy every store is sold out even the unheard-of stores looks i wont have any contingency for my orders that are probably doomed for cancellation. Try to call
HP SMB where i made my first order while the deal was fresh and i can never get ahold of them over phone, live chat is always blocked

Doubt it. It's not exactly a popular product. Which is why it wasn't selling at all until this weekend. If it wasn't for the massive price drop no one would be buying one of these. Sure there might be a few suckers who pay $200+ on ebay for one of these in the next couple of weeks, but most will realize they missed the deal and move on with the rest of their lives after they realize they probably didn't need a tablet in the first place.
 
I was surprised to see half a dozen with bids on 8/22 sold on ebay for around $250. Guessing these people are buying a tablet to get better access to the internet.
