So if this is done it'll be a no looking back thing....As no way to revert back to WebOS if a person doens't like the Android way?

On another note I just got my shipping confirmation on my 32gb from samsclub order early Sat AM 😀

Predator is the wrong word, parasite is more accurate.

What boggles my mind are the people buying them from the parasites for $250, no support, no warranty, and salt in the wound the seller including a receipt showing they paid less than half, and that is very unlikely the second buyer will be able to use for anything.

man... The ONLY reason why people want something is either:

1) super cheap
2) actually a good product.

so I guess the TP isn't a good product 🙂

Same, even though i placed my order at the very beginning of the sale, probably because i choose free shipping and didnt pay for faster shipping, bastards.

I just got that email for my second order which was placed 2 hours after my first order. I'm hoping my earlier order already shipped.

edit: D: I just got the same email for my first order. At least it sounds like both orders will eventually ship. 😎

I got that email, even though my order already has a tracking number.
 
So after calling best buy and them telling me they had 16 32gb models that just came in, I jumped in my car and drove over. There were literally people running into the store as I pulled in. I got in line, and the last one was sold to the guy 3 positions in front of me.

I can't win with this, I don't even know why I'm trying anymore. I think I'm just feeling a challenge at this point to get one 😀.
 
Okay, just got off the phone with HP, they said to allow 12-24 hours for the tracking number to update and that if you have a tracking number to go ahead and ignore the email they sent out about the overwhelming demand, she told me it was sent to everyone who ordered a touchpad and that my touchpad should have shipped out today and will ship tomorrow at the latest. and i was only on hold for 40 seconds! 😀
 
Damn, I'm in Insight.com's "Credit Status: Contact Sales Rep (1)" stage. According to Fatwallet, that means that I'm in the queue to decide whether or not I made it in time.
And nothing from HP, other than the "Thank you for your interest, and good lawdy we got a lot of orders!" e-mail.

I'm in the "Credit Status: Credit OK" on Insight.com. No clue wtf that means at this point. Order says it's still processing, and has a est date of arrival two weeks from now. I've heard nothing from HP other then they charged my CC.
 
Yey, finally got one. Make sure everyone is checking your local best buy stock, ALL of the stores in my area got shipments today. The last one I went to had stacks of them, although the line was out the door.

People in the store were asking what it was all about, having no idea, then getting in the line to buy one because of the deal.
