obviously it was a little sarcasm...fully aware that gwent doesnt rhyme with guam just responding to your message of not thinking of any word that started with gw...good grief lighten up and quit being so condescending

Out of three people, you are the one who was sarcastic, I have no idea who you are and you made no mention of it. Your contribution was no different in any shape or form than the initial or the second one, none of them rhyme any more with Guam than gwent does.

I'm sorry if you feel greatly offended but sarcasm is hard to detect without the tone of voice.

Also, wine doesn't rhyme with swan, that isn't for you, that's important information for the others. ;)

I usually speak with authentic american-guamanian accent which, although rarely heard or replicated properly, is well-known to rhyme "guam" with "gone".

This is lies. I am as American as your pie of Apples.

Not going to cut it, Ruski boi.

Also, I believe that apple pie is Norwegian originally.

1. a missile launch by North Korea targeting the US that we shoot down without casualties.

We give The Rock a Humvee and air drop him into NK. He does some fancy driving and somehow takes out the entire government.

2. a missile launch that strikes the US and kills some US citizens.

This requires an all star lineup. Practically every big name action star gets together and plans a coordinated assault. Things go sideways when Bruce Willis' stealth helicopter gets shot down while extracting the team and a surprise cameo of Jackie Chan and Jet Li saves them.

Either movie probably requires a cameo of Chuck Norris doing a flying side kick to knock a ICBM out of the air and saving the heroes.

A drunk Jean-Claude Van Damme falls off a time sled (think Time Cop) and stumbles onto the scene with Dolph Lundgren in tow providing much needed backup saving the day.

If anyone has read "The Art of War" you'll know that Trump is making a huge blunder. That would be discipline which Trump has none. I'm sure the Chinese and Russians are having a field day with his Twitter rhetoric.

Btw, the art of war has been studied by all the major generals. It's still read and the principles are still applied today.

The hypothesize how the US would react to:

1. a missile launch by North Korea targeting the US that we shoot down without casualties.

2. a missile launch that strikes the US and kills some US citizens.

Given North Korea is so close to South Korea and they are an ally would be we bomb them in either scenario. I don't know enough about bombs, is there enough distance to set off an atomic bomb? But again that will kill so many North Korea citizens would the US have the appetite for that? in scenario 1 i would say no, but would we in scenario 2?

If this dovetails into a political argument i am going to dovetail out of this thread so fast and since this is theoretical lets not speculate based on who or which party is in charge but more generally.

1. I am not worried. Doubt they can hit it even if they do have the range.

2. See rule 1.

Besides. SK is our ally. They consider NK their people. I disagree with that in my own heart. Certainly enough not to nuke them for whatever reason. Even if they nuked us. At the worst I would resort back to a tried and true method of carpet bombing. We can give the people back their crap and level NK with Galaxy Notes. It might happen to not be accurate, but with all the fires, exploding shrapnel from millions of Notes. Rest assured. The death toll would be in the millions. No nuclear waste to clean up either. When it is all said and done after the first wave... SK, our ally can go in there. Refurbish what's left, make billions more dollars saying they build tough phones that survive war. Everyone wins.

Guam does not in any shape or form rhyme with gone. I can't think of a single word in the English word that rhymes with Guam. It's pronounced exactly as it's spelt.

And no one speaks British, Ruski boi.

Wigwam rhymes with Guam...

Trump is too stupid to realize that he can't talk to people in the world like he does on the Apprentice. Spouting off at the mouth in the real world to crazy people with nukes is going to backfire on him and when it does he won't be able to backpedal away from the results.
