Winter was rubbish here. We had zero snow for the first time in ages, my kids were well disappointed. :(

Well, I live in the Phoenix. So, we had the usual 70 degree and sunny days most of the time.

Over 55", which is just over double our norm. It was a winter that actually lived up to the hype.

I handled it in spectacular fashion by simply not going outside during the two sneezes of snow/ice, but the wife saw her classes impacted for two weeks out of three.

I worked out in it, even during the worst days. We broke some records and wind chills hit negative 40 on a couple of occasions. Made it tough to get equipment started, we often spent a good 4 hours just getting machines going. Snow on the ground most of the time and plenty of icy road conditions.

Now our roads are all fcked up real bad. Not one smooth road around and doubt it will ever be since our street dept can't patch a hole to be level to save their life. Now that it's spring, it's still pretty cold here in Indiana with today being the warmest in forever. But working outdoors, i'm so used to the cold it's never bothered me much but the 90f + hot days with our high humidities do get to me at times.

We got some flurries mixed with our cold rain and that is in NoVA. So winter is still holding on for dear life this year. Spring weather can't start soon enough.

We had a bit more cold days than usual, and we had more snow than normal, but, it was not too bad. Maybe 1 week or so of weather that was "cold", the rest was all normal jacket and gloves stuff...

We had a few ice days in our area, which is pretty much unheard of. I prefer the cold 100% of the time, so I'm sad to see it go :( Thanks Obama...

By April 8t they are saying another chance of snow is possible!

BRING ON THE SNOW. I love temperatures under 20 degrees. Temps over 70 make me depressed.

It was bad. The plus side was that lake Michigan was frozen for most of it so the lake effect snow that usually makes things even worse didn't pile on as much.

Just looked it up and we've had a little under 60" as of March 1, so we might have passed 60" with the bit of snow we got in March.

Connecticut got slammed. We are at ~70 this year. How was winter for you?

In Stockholm it has been incredibly warm. I didn't even go skiing or ice skating. Our Fall was really long and warm, our Winter was almost non-existent, and Spring hit pretty early. A couple re-pops of winter but not a big deal.

Winter is much easier here when there's lots of snow, to make it lighter, so December when the sun was setting at 2:45pm was really hard.

winter and summer have no meaning here where i live. it's always somewhat cold, and slightly raining.
