I'm trying to persuade my dad to start doing cardio daily, he's not biting.
He keeps saying, "when it's my time to go I'll go."
He plays a lot of golf during the year, with the exception of winters, and he owns a construction company so he does a decent amount of walking daily around his job sites checking things.
I want to try and persaude him to start doing some exercise, I can't even contemplate my life without him. He's 46 years old. Any ideas on some good exercise routines for someone of his age to follow? and any good way to persaude him?
