I second this...You can force him for a week or two and hopefully he'll bite after he realizes how good he feels. Lettin him know of all the benefits...should help. If it doesn't work, can't do anything, don't blame yerself...u tried.
 
Motivation has to come from within.

My motivation was remembering how my late father suffered with type 2 diabetes and the fact that I started gaining weight after quiting smoking in my 30s.

Now I'm a lean, mean, ass-kicking machine. 🙂 Which is motivation to keep going... all by itself. 😀
