anyway, handy conversion, 30cm/ft, 9.8N/Kg, 4.45N/lb so 2.2lbs/Kg. that makes 5'6" = 1.65m, 6' = 1.8m, 180lbs = 82Kg, 200lbs = 91Kg, and 128lbs = 58Kg (rounded down, of course)

Your BMI tells you a lot about whether or not you are overweight. 19-22 is optimal, >25 is obese.
You can find a calculator here.
Mine comes out to be 19.55.
