Viper, believe me, every pound counts. I'd have added the ounces, but my scale doesn't give them to me. I should have also added that the last time I took my weight, I was wearing a long sleeved t-shirt, trousers and thin socks (with the requisite undergarments). Just in case that added to my weight.

How many hours a day do I spend here? A lot. When I'm working, I spend 11 hours on the 'net (and consequently here) every day for four days. On my weekends (like right now), I typically don't spend as much time here. Both last night &amp; tonight, though, I have spent a LOT of time here &amp; on the 'net in general. In fact, about an hour ago, I got booted from my ISP at their 8 hour limit. That's only the second time that has EVER happened to me.

You're confusing me... You wore the clothes to add to your weight, or you told me you were wearing them so that I would know your real weight was under 128? I'm lost. But that's not surprising, since I've been up all night. I must say, though, 5'8&quot; 128 lbs is VERY slim. That's nothing to be ashamed of, &amp; probably something to be proud of.

5'6 and I weigh well within the 130-150 lb range recommended in the body mass index.

Since I started weight training, I don't worry too much about the scale much any more. It always says more than I think it should!
