17/20 on the math boo... i messed up some simple stuff in my head.
edit.. what the heck does the color of wires have to do with physics? and its not blue and brown here... got that one wrong. 7/10 physics

Got 3 right on the French - would have been better if I knew any French. :Q
Maxed the math.

20/20 on the Math.
19/20 on the English.
8/10 on Physics.
11/12 on the Biology.

And the geography....wtf were all the Europe questions for?

11/12 in French. Thank God for multiple choice questions! My French has atrophied to near nothing.

9/10 on physics (didn't know wtf kind of radiation a smoke detector uses)
15/20 English
17/20 Math
8/12 french. Damn unemployment and drug addicts.

math- 19/20. I messed up on the one where the two people win the lottery and split it 5:2. The first answer came out with a 2.49xxxxxx ratio, so I figured it was close enough. Turns on another answer did actually have a 2.5 ratio.

french- i got 3 right. I would have done alright had I remembered which nouns use masculine or feminine articles. And I only remember how to conjugate a couple just a couple types of verbs (-er, -ir, -re)

It's just a chunnel ride away from England, from whence these quizzes came.

Random Variable pointed out this quiz is three years old. I've found several other quizzes, and there may be more; however, I haven't found the average scores.

math 19/20, missed the sequence

physics 8/10, there was an electrical wiring question i got wrong, smoke detector i got wrong

geography 7/14, didn't know where hull was, where the don river was, longshore drift, triangulation pillar, map contuor lines, the hail symbol. really a bunch of garbage questions there.

biology 0/0

history 6/12, missed the 1066 battle since i wasn't paying attention, the archbishop, cromwell, lord nelson, the wwi poster, rosa parks. The british historu questions we a bit obscure for a yank

the trick was to just add them up, only one of the numbers added to get the original sum

I just divided by 7 (roughly) and multiplied by two to find the lesser of the two

That's the one I missed too! Answered it too quickly; got caught off-guard.
20/20 math & 10/10 physics. Thankfully, because I teach those, although the wiring was an educated guess. Did okay on the bio, poorly in geography (like I care where some obscure city is in England)

That probably would have been nice to have noticed. I divided by 7 mentally, and multiplied by 5.

20/20 on English, but God help me on the rest. We shall see . . .

EDIT: 16/20 on math. I stopped attending math during my junior year of high school, and had a perfect score on the math questions until I got to some where I literally didn't understand the questions.

4/10 physics. No clue on most of the questions.

3/12 on French - never studied it.

5/14 on geography - d'oh! Many of those questions, like the physics ones, weren't really on-topic IMO.

5/12 on biology.

7/12 on history.

I can't figure out the sequence question.
The answer is probably obvious, but it eludes me.

edit: I'm a tard.

Exactly the same here! Saw 1066, saw Hastings, fell right off my bike! 😛

19/20 math, went too quickly on one of them. Some of that mental long multiplication and division is tiring to do in your head. They should have permitted the use of pen and paper...
