Why not put yourself in thier shoes. You dad got blown up from a land mine. You mom well she got blown to bits when a US bomb that missed its target. Even if it did hit the right target life other then "THE BAD GUYS" was wasted....

You think that losing 1000 americans is big try 20-40K? Those people are PISSED OFF! If I lost one of my parents or brothers or sisters in the USA, with out a court room, With out proper means to fight back. I'd be looking for something to do to get back at whoever started it.

There are Hindus there as well as other very small religious groups. I recall in the news that they had to wear special tags/symbols to designate themselves as Hindus during the reign of the Taliban.

Religion is a tool to make money, either for yourself or itself. If you're interested in doing any good to the people, use it to make money. Even if in hundred years or more, every religion evolves to be perfect, people will find some other reason to fight and make money. Dont worry, if the women are being raped in Sudan on the streets, its probably happening behind closed doors in India where women never admit to being raped or in US where unless I am mistaken, Oprah mentioned that US has the highest number of rapes (1 of every 3). Improving religion isnt going to change anything. Only improving people will. Just because a religion is perfect in the written word or its practices doesn't mean that the followers are going to be the same.
