Well I'm not in the positive yet as far as net worth. In a year or two I will be. I have only been able to pay the school loans for a year so they are still big. And the house is new so there hasn't been a ton of appreciation yet.

For as large as my tuba is, it's considered a "value" at $10000 + tax. It could've been up to double that. My small tuba was $5400 but I mananged to pay for that with the money I saved by getting a full tuition scholarship.
