i'm definitely on the low end of 100s. i've never worked out in my life. basketball used to be my way to stay in shape, but with work, i just don't have the time or opportunity to play bball so i've started going to the gym.

Most I've ever done was 120, but only did it a few times. I think I can do around 90 at 10 reps. Yeah, I'm weak.

- what a fvcked up dream
- there's no way I can do 210lbs... at least not yet.

I noticed that in dreams, you can do anything you want, and whatever you think will happen actually happens in the dream, good or bad.

I don't do max lifts anymore. At 37 I'm just too prone to injury to be trying something that has no fitness value whatsoever, but is a huge risk.

As of late i'm doing 265-275 lbs for 6-8 reps for my two heavy sets of flat bench.

Quite impressive for your age

I do that and I'm 50.

Pfft, if Red or myself are using 'roids, we need to get a fscking refund. We may be big among this crowd, but we're tiny in any muscle head gym.

Wow, that's a precise poll. How about changing it to jsut two options "less than 200" and "more than 200", that'll give you an even better picture of the amount of weight people here can lift.

Hehe, well, how tall are you and how much do you weigh? I know it's harder for a tall guy to bench as much as a short guy. I'm 6'4" and the most I every did was 265 x 4 and I'm about 15 years younger than you ;) :p :D
