- Just bought a house in August, bought a new car due to wreck in May '05, and will finish school in 4 months with $8k in student loans. Both me and wife work and are making double payments when we can.

around 24K for everything. (car, student loans, CC, etc.) actually paying it off quicker than I thought I would. But when paid off, it's time to get a house. :(

I will be about 80k in debt after college more or less. I will never rack up credit card debt or anything like that.

1. $0

2. This month is my last and final payment for a $50,000 student loan. Took me about 30 months to pay it off.

Wow.... It is interesting... 30 years old (birthday was last week) this is for me and my Wife

CC - 12,000
Student Loans - 8,000 (remaining)
Car Loan - 14,000 Remaining
House - Well its really a push as I own 1 home in austin that is worth about 180K (rental property) and 1 near Houston that we are paying for /just got (220K - 45K Down - 1 year paid on mortgage)

So all in all not bad.
