Wow I hope that is true. I hope they make rear drive optional on the TL, but I doubt it. Even without it, I still love it. Can't wait to see the next gen Accord.

I doubt that will happen unless honda builds a new chassis. The drivetrain layout is tied to the chassis and on the accord the layout transverse, whereas RWD cars are basically all longitudally mounted. The best the rumor mill offers is AWD for the next gen TL.

pure logic tells me OS is right...simply because the new Camry has ~270HP

1991 LX Wagon. 4-cylinder, automatic, 25 MPG no matter how fast I drive. 203,000 miles.

Those 91 Wagons were the first hondas in the US to offer airbags EVAR. so all you 91 sedan drivers can choke on your automatic belts while i drive in "luxury" and safety with my bag. 😉

I own a 1995 Honda Accord LX Wagon with the 5MT, non VTEC I4.

~89,100 on the odometer.
Best fuel economy I've seen so far: 34mpg
Worst I've seen: 26mpg.
Overall average: 30mpg.

(Rated at 22/30 I think.)

Accord Wagons REPRESENT! 😉

it's your vehicle speed sensor, a very common problem on our generation as they pass ~150K or so. figure $150 to get it replaced by a mechanic. if you have an automatic, you may be shortening the life of the tranny a bit by not fixing it, because your torque convertor won't lock up without it. if you've got a stick, no worries. and it's not life or death, for sure.
