1999 Accord EX V6, 68,700 miles. Bought from uncle in 2004 for $8,000!

I get crappy mileage. 19 mpg city, 28 mpg highway, and yes, lead foot.

Also drove a 1997 Accord SE, which had about 92,000 miles on it. 2.0L 4 cyl. engine, ran about 30mpg highway, 20mpg city.

19/28 is crappy? I'd say that's pretty decent for a v6.

lol, that's on a good week. i've gotten as low as 16mpg city. driving in san francisco and berkeley takes a terrible toll on gas mileage.

Heh. I remember last time I drove in san fran (with my accord), there was a lot of tire spinning accelerating from stops. Damned rain!

My dad has 00 Accord Special Edition Sedan w/4sp auto and 4cyl engine
My mom has a 01 Civic EX Sedan w/4sp auto and 4cyl engine

I don't know the mileage or MPG on either.

IIRC, my 05 TL is based on the same frame (or was it the chasis) as an 2005 accord...

Get my oil changes done at Honda since they are closer to me than the Acura dealership.

Does that count?
