I'm "at work" mon through thurs from 9 to 6:15.
Friday I work from home 9-2:30.
I typically work 10ish hours more each week to deal with the large volume of work.
When I'm on call, I often work another 10 hours (from home) off hours.

So, I may only physically be "at work" for 35 or so hours a week, but It's rare to work less than 45-50 hours.

40 hours per week.
When the weather sucks I welcome more hours. In the summer I'd like to work even less (but that's not possible obviously)

I'm coming in right around 40 nowadays. Before I switched positions at my job (april), I was working somewhere in the range of 85-105hrs a week. Did that for about 7 months, got pretty burned out. high stress + high hours = ick. I feel much better now :)

Until recently, 7 days a week from 0900 until midnight.

Now I'm in grad school. 2 days a week for class and another 3 days of about 8 hours/day for reading.

That's insane.

Props to your motivation.

8:30AM to 5:00PM, includes a "30 minute" lunch. Never over 40 hours unless approved by a supervisor.

I'm a field service engineer so I get dispatched out of my house. I'm on site at a job for probably 30 hours a week, on average, but I usually have another 20-30 hours of travel and admin time each week too.

Generally 9am-7pm, with a 1 hour lunch.

That averages around 50 hours per week. This is also all billable time so it is spent working.

Billable hours are the ultimate way to ensure efficiency.

I work 40+ hours/week. "at work" doesn't apply, I'm mobile and go where to service calls are (in my area of course!). My set hours are 0830-1715

40-42 hrs/wk. We typically get OT on Thurs, about 2 hrs for that day, and usually 1 sat./mo we get another 6 hrs OT, depending on how busy we are. The last few months, we've been working 2-3 sats OT/month. We be busy handin' out the foodstamps....

I average at least 50 hours at work per week but often more, usually never less.

That's including an hour for lunch that I sometimes take.

7:30AM to 5:30PM is my "normal"
