1 sheet and 1 comforter. It was approximately 5 degrees F here the last couple nights. Bedroom temp is somewhere around 65'ish F.

I used to only use one, and I would keep a fan on even in the winter.

I am not as thicked skinned anymore after living in Texas so long. It could also be that I am getting old. Now I need a few blankets.

None. I just use the top sheet, any more and I start to get too warm to sleep (we keep the temperature ~65F during fall/winter). My wife on the other hand has about 5 + the flannel pajamas she'll wear.

0-1.. I start with one but usually end up kicking it off because I'm always hot.

Sheet + cotton blanket + wool blanket. Set the thermostat at 68 and it's all perfect.

I have three blankets on the couch, two on the bed. I also often wear long several layers of clothes. We've been keeping the house at 65F the last couple winters to keep energy bills down.

I have a sheet, a regular old blanket (dunno what else to call it), and a comforter but sometimes add another comforter. I like the weight of the blankets too it just feels better.

Two, a thin comfy wool blanket and a thick comforter on top, best combination for the coldest room in the house :(
