How long do you sleep?

when i'm really active, i sleep about the same amount, but it feels like deeper sleep (and I feel better the next day). Overall, probably 7 hours a night.

6 is good, 7 is decent, 8 sucks, 9 sucks, 10 sucks, 11 is decent, 12 is good.

8-10 on weekends (well, saturday... I force myself to get up early on sunday so that I can go to bed early sunday night and get a good night's sleep before monday, as opposed to not falling asleep until 3-4 am sunday night and having to wake up for work at 6)

Anywhere from 6 to 14. All depends on my work schedule. More often than not it's around 6-7.
