i have a 2 year old and a 5 year old but they have late bedtimes.

this means i get about 5 hours of sleep on weekdays and about 8 hours on weekends.

This week, only six hours per night and its killing me. I'm used to at least seven. I've been out drinking almost every day this week and waking up early for class and work.

But, thats what happens when you have two friends that turn 21 in the same week and you need to stay up late doing homework with a buddy with some brewskis 😀

Needless to say, as of today I feel like crap. And, we have a gig tonight at a bar, which means more booze and more tiring shit. I'm going to try to hit the hay early tonight... it won't work 😀

7 hours is optimal for me. 5-6 hours will have me feeling groggy but still fully functional. Any less than that will put me in a seriously bad mood the next day.

Also, I tend to sleep less on weekends than weekdays. I have to be well rested to perform at work, weekends I'm willing to deprive myself of sleep to get more party time in.

Only a few hours at night but I usually get at least 2 hours of napping in, so around 6-7 total.

A lot more on the weekends though 😀

When I wake up. If I go to sleep at 11, I wake up at 6 w/o the alarm clock. So, 7 is all my body needs.

It's never said as 8 hours are needed usually, rather it's said the average adult needs 6-8 hours of sleep a night.

9 hours weekdays : But I have trouble staying asleep
5-7 hours weekends : I stay up late 🙂

on average, 3-4 hours daily. weekend i'll probably get 5, but i wake @530am to play basketball. If I don't play (which is rare), then i get 6-7.

I feel exhausted with anything less than 9 hours of sleep. Other people in the house can run on 6-7. It also has to do with hours. I can sleep at 10pm, wake at 8am and still feel tired. However, if I sleep at 4am and get up at 12am, I'm perfect.
