My wife bought this pork roast thing for me to cook as she is coming home late tonight.
I cooked it according to the directions.
I started eating it and it seemed a little tough but i didn't think much of it. At least not until I got a little further in and it seemed a little cold.
I looked at it in the light and it's still raw in places. I guess the oven isn't heating all the way up.
I feel fine unless I look at my plate or think about it then I feel sick and I tatse the bile.
Drinking some Maker's Mark right now to kill the germs.

Just force yourself to puke. Thats what I would do. Better to puke, than to have bacteria growing inside of you. Everyone knows this.

If what I hear about married life is true, I'd be more worried about your wife being pissed off at your failure to prepare the roast, than you puking due to food poisoning.

For comparison, we ate a pork roast tonight was about a pound and a half and we cooked it at 350F for about two hours. It was delicious.

Also, toxoplasmosis is the one to fear.

Edit: If there was a bunch of salt in the marinade, that might have decreased your odds of dying tonight.

Sounds like the outside was cooked fairly well. In which case I'd say you'll be fine. Especially if it's a fresh piece of meat. Parasites are always something to look out for in these cases but they're rare enough I'd say you have nothing to worry about. Unless you do get sick and die in which case dibs on what's left of your stuff :)

I'd say after you down a couple of bottles of the Maker's Mark in about 2 hours...give it another hour and you'll start puking.

People eat rare meat all the time...don't sweat it.
