How Fast Can You Type?

133 WPM. My first one was 154wpm, but the accuracy was only about 93. If I have time to ramp up and get in the proverbial zone I can easily hit 160wpm with 97-99% accuracy.

Uh, around 60. Last time I saw a thread on this subject at ATOT it brought out the fastest typists here, lots of people well over 80. I won't bother to test myself again. I might make 65, but so what.

i only got like 35 , my average is like 100 in other programs. I hate doing all that capitalization and comma crap..

I type plenty fast but I take a lot of "breaks" while typing. I ended up with 62wpm net.

Uhh, typing includes punctuation, sorry. I could type at least 250wpm if I didn't have to worry about punctuation, because the only thing that slows me down is having to take reorient myself in order to hit shift.

So, your truer speed is ~35wpm.

I concur. I usually get around 120 wpm for typingtest.com, lets see if i can top that.
