Soft poached is what I get when ordering breakfast these days. I like them to explode with runny yolk, with barely a touch of the fork.

Scrambled are usually terrible because people overcook them; they need to be wet and most places cook the crap out of them until they are dry and mealy. D:

Egads. I cant stand runny (RAW) eggs. Cooked eggs are hard and firm, not runny, no liquid yolk, no runny whites, none of that crap. If the egg isnt firm, its not fully cooked.

- Scrambled (but not over-done)
- Hard boiled (eaten as-is, or made into an egg salad, or shredded on top of salad, or etc)
- Poached
- Omelets (probably my favorite)
- Fried (but not fucking crispy-fried)

Hrmmm. Perhaps 'any form' would do.

But then you've taken all the texture and taste out of the egg. Eggs are fine to eat raw, they don't have to be cooked until hard and tasteless.

I make mine in bacon grease after putting the bacon on the nice paper towels for their gentle degreasing. I aim for a somewhat soggy, but kind of firm yolk.

Did anyone make the Mitch Hedberg joke yet?

I ordered a chicken sandwich but I think the waitress misunderstood me because she said, "How would you like your eggs?" So I tried to answer her anyhow. I said "Incubated, and then raised, and then beheaded, and then plucked and then cut up then put onto a grill then put onto a bun. Shit, it's gonna take awhile. I don't have time, scrambled!"

Scrambled or hard boiled. The yolk needs to be solid though, runny yolk is like slurping snot. :p
