Poached, sitting on top of some Canadian bacon or bacon or ham on top of an English muffin, covered in hollandaise

Depends. Scrambled, fried, poached, omelet...depends on my mood. I just can't handle runny eggs. It's a texture thing :)

runny and served on a biscuit with a slice of cheese and some bacon. first bite the yolk bursts and you get awesome yolk flavor everywhere.

(migas are good too)

I love eggs pretty much any way: scrambled, over easy, hard boiled, deviled, egg salad, omelette etc. However, I cannot stand scrambled eggs that are gooey or over easy eggs where the whites are not fully cooked. Runny yolk is awesome tho. ;)

I've never had poached eggs now that I think of it...

Incubated, and then raised, and then beheaded, and then plucked and then cut up then put onto a grill then put onto a bun. Shit, it's gonna take awhile. I don't have time... scrambled!

I like my eggs either: Hard boiled, poached, scrambled or fried. That is all. Also in England fried has just the one state: Fried

Edit: Sometimes "runny" is an option.

Scrambled or omelet, but I love putting a fried egg on top of/under/in between other things before I eat it.

I was in Morocco last week, and had "Tagine de Kefta aux oefs" which was pretty freaking nice.

Basically its eggs, meatballs, tomatoes and various spices cooked in a little clay pot.

Over easy, or sunny side up. Yolk has to be runny, and a little fresh ground pepper and Lawry's seasoning salt tops it off.

Or scrambled with onions and jalapeño peppers.

... and of course lots of bacon.

eggs are nasty. I ONLY eat them boiled when chopped up in Tuna. Otherwise i pull them off breakfast sandwiches.
