How do you answer the phone?

Just curious as I was watching a movie and someone answered the phone....
I just say "hello", sometimes I'll throw in a "yello" I've heard people say "hello [insert their name]" My grandma has said "it's your dime start talking!"

If I answer a work call I say "Hello thisisJosh", if I'm answering my personal cell I usually just say "ello?"

When I answer my cell phone and I know who's calling, I answer with, "Hey, what's up?"

When I don't know who's calling, I just say, "Hello?"

I dislike answering the phone and unless it's someone I want to talk to, I usually let it go to voice mail.
