<-- Monster. Oddly it was one job that I didn't even submit cover letter for.
I'm asking because I'm trying maximize my job search now that I'm out on the market again (sick of my current job - project mgmt).
Monster, Careerbuilder, Hotjobs... what else did you do? (or can you do?). Agencies do nothing for me since all they specialize is finance & administrative.

I wanted to work for one particular place. I searched their website directly.
Anyone else have luck applying for job directly through the website?

What kind of job are you looking for? I'm getting sick of Project Mgmt myself.
really, that type of position seems really exciting. What do you hate about it?
It can be enormously stressful and frustrating trying to get people from different departments working together on tasks that aren't their highest priority when you have deadlines to meet.

Indeed.com covers all of them for searching. Once you find something submit a coverletter and resume.
