Most skinny people claim to "eat like a horse" and most fat people claim to "not eat very much at all". It must be some kind of dark magic that defies the laws of physics.

Maybe I'll lay off 2 eggs a day.
Lay off the egg yolks, not the whites. Almost all the fat and cholesterol in an egg is in the yolk.
Na. Eat the egg. Drop the bacon. The whites have almost no nutrition. The yolk has all of it. And the yolks have good cholesterol. The whole egg white thing is idiotic. If you eat egg whites, you might as well just eat a napkin.

It's not so much physics, it's just common sense. If you asked WHAT the fat person ate, it would all come together. (usually it's something along the lines of, "just 4 pop-tarts and a cream cheese bagel for breakfast"). If you ask what the skinny person ate for breakfast, it was probably a bowl of cereal, an orange, a banana, and a glass of juice.

I'm glad I've got good genes because with my eating habits and love of bacon, I should for all intents and purposes be a fatty myself.

We need more PE in schools. Exercise should become a daily must like showering, dental care, etc.
We're set up so that fatties (like me) don't feel bad about ourselves. People with poor diet and exercise habits *should* feel ashamed.

 Shaming people is the least effective way to get them to change. It's better to encourage them to find healthy foods that taste good and exercises and activities that they enjoy. Then they're more likely to enjoy being healthy and make it a habit.
We should be reaffirming people's positive choices and small victories, and not placing so much emphasis on the negative things they do. After all, if they have fast food occasionally or spend a bit of time gaming or watching TV, that's not a big deal, as long as it's balanced with healthier food and activities.
I know we all laugh about it, especially on AT where everyone has an 8-pack and bench presses 3 times their body weight, but "fatty bashing" is really not such a good thing.
