He will most likely show up and say almost nothing, exerting bullshit executive privilege over everything.
I doubt he will exert executive privilege, the book on that is already closed. He is just going to exert the 'I don't remember anything' defense. Really, the man is going to claim that he basically slept through the entire week of the 6th. Either that or he is smart enough to know that Donny will throw him under the bus if it is even slightly advantageous to do so and is going to get a head start on the backstabbing.

It wouldn't totally surprise me for at least one of the former drones to suddenly get a conscience and spill it all. Esper has already filed a suit against DoD over redacted materials.

It seems pretty clear to me that on one or more occasions multiple members of his cabinet discussed using the 25th amendment to remove him from office because he's completely fucking nuts and a criminal. I sincerely hope if he does decide to run again that these members step up and take one for the team and come right out and tell the public 'I worked for this guy, and he's dangerously insane.'

I sincerely believe that would not make one iota of difference.

I don't think it would make a ton of difference, but I think depending on the level of insanity that they can discuss it would make a difference at the margins.

Like for example, and this is not a joke, if one of them came out and said he routinely shit his pants as people have alleged and that he and others personally witnessed it I think that would make an enormous difference and would destroy Trump's candidacy, no joke. This is kind of the opposite end of the whole 'debate Trump' thing. Nobody gives a shit about debates or what Trump would do or say in them, but personally humiliating him would completely destroy him.

People have alleged he shits his pants on a regular basis? Lol, that's news to me.

I don't think it would. He's the golden god. What he does or says means *NOTHING* to his supporters. He's fast enough on his feet to twist it and demand decency while expecting to give none in return.

I really don't think that's true. Part of the cult of personality is appearing strong and in control - if it turned out he has to wear diapers all the time because he can't stop pooping his pants that would shatter that myth and I think it would irreparably harm him.

If they cared about him being "in control" they need look no further than his absolutely incoherent ramblings. All they care about from him is own the libs. And if that takes shitting his pants to do it, so be it. I have *THAT* little faith in our voting electorate.

Cheney dropping the mic against the orange monkey. She commented about how he wants to debate members of the select committee. We won’t play his games. If he wants to speak, he can come before the committee and will be held under oath. And if he lies under oath, he’ll be prosecuted for every single lie he says

Unfortunately, his go-to response for any kind of bad press is to loudly claim "fake news" and his followers will just nod their head and think nothing more of it than yet another attempt by the "mainstream media" trying to slander DJT.

You cannot reason people out of a position they did not reason themselves into.

I agree, but only if the person making the accusations could weather the attacks that would be leveled against him. The entire Trumpiverse would toss mud at him, real, imagined, or fabricated. The odds are in the end people would end up believing that the person making the claims was the one shitting Trumps pants.

I mean who knows, there's no way to test it until it happens but there's a reason why North Korean propaganda would do things like say Kim Jong Il never shits, and how he hits 18 holes in one or whatever.
