It's a 14 day for return for replacement or refund. Not a warranty. The warranty on this is a year fom eWiz. link here
After the 30 days (14 days for CPU and memory) return period, defective parts may be returned to eWiz.com for repair according to the following warranty period:
* Hard-drive: 1 year from invoice date
* Motherboard: 1 year from invoice date
* Memory: 1 year from invoice date
Super Talent has a limited lifetime warranty, so it looks like after a year and it goes bad, send it to them for replacement. Super Talent

I ordered two sticks of this wednesday and recieved them yesterday with usps priority mail (ewiz and I are apparently both in the sf bay area). They're in my win xp system right now and seem to be running ok stock, registering as 3.12 mb of course. I'll try bumping up the voltages and timings this weekend to see how well these oc.
