Too good to pass up! I snagged a set a BB B&M, they called Sam Goody's to verify, they called 3 stores in my area before they found one with them in stock, then they PM'd with no prob. Something I didn't know till I started pursuing this is, BB owns Sam Goody's.

You are lucky if you are finding these available. I called about 15 stores yesterday and found none so Best Buy price match won't even work. Maybe I could have BB price match to a SamGoody in another state.
All the Sam Goody's here didn't have them in stock and BB still pricematched. YMMV

Confirmed @ Montgomery Mall Maryland SG that this is a sale, there was a sticker for 89.99. I got the last 2 boxen, but there is still a display model up for anyone in the area.
Anyone in the Dallas area able to confirm this deal? Might grab one and upgrade my klipsch v.2-400 into a 4.2 setup
Deal found in CA Bay Area, but sale price was only found in the computer. Haven't yet tried the BB pricematch yet.

I called 5 stores (Pasadena, Glendale, etc). One store had ONE in stock, (Eaglerock Musicland). I told them to hold it for me, and I got it two hours ago. $107 including tax and $9.99 product replacement plan (good for two years). The label still said $179.99. I just installed them. They really do kick ass as much as they say.

The last one was in Burbank...at the mall off of Olive and the 5 freeway.
I also bought the 9.00 coverage plan. But get this...did you read it carefully? If it busts, you send your speakers back, and they'll give you a replacement of "what you paid for it"...they're not going to give you the same speakers if something goes wrong. So I was a little pissed off about that.
anyways, there aren't ANY more. You CAN however, buy the demo ones...but most of them had something wrong with it. They make GREAT gifts...people think you spent a lot, while you didn.t

Damn only Sam Goody we have is out of stock, called Best Buy and spoke to some customer rep and they said their price match policy is 100% if you didn't buy it already and 110% if you did, problem is I asked if it was required to be in stock and she said yes. So I think I am screwed unless the BB is rrrrreeeeeeeeall nice.
Wow, I got the demo speakers for 15% off in Gurnee Mills Mall, and these speakers rock! Now I can have a little more room in the dorm room since I can leave my HiFi Equipment at home! Rock on! I just hope these babies weren't abused so they can live a long life with me
Oh yeah, I forgot to say that I didn't get the box The guy said that when they had set up the display that they must have thrown out all the boxes for all the display speakers. Will this be a problem if I have to end up using the warranty? I already registered these on Klipsch.com and they still sound great, so I'm not too worried I'll have to.

Still a hot deal, but I called a lot of local stores, only one in NY has it (30 minute drive, argh...maybe I'll go there sometime...), and my BB wouldnt PM it to the one in NY =(
