I have a theory that a lack of visual perception of words like you and I seem to have, indicated by spelling problems, is indicative of a brain disfunction the compensation for which engenders a form of cognition yielding abnormal insights into aspects of reality missed by more normative thinkers. If not, it helps as a rationalization to compensate for the shame of not being able to spell, no?

i think you got the wrong definition of Socialist buddy, cause in Europpe they do a lot and they get paid, but you have the capitalist country where the richest people dont do nothing and they get paid too.Turning into a socialist country where you get paid for doing nothing should not be an option.

Ninja seems like there will always be some people who look at a thing ans decide that's the way it is and never give it a single thought beyond. It never occurs to them to ask why it is that that's the way it is or if there is any other way it would be under different circumstances. It must make problems easy to deal with though. Ny neck's in a noose, I'm standing on a chair and I'm thirsty. Guess I'll walk over had get a drink.
The selfish man is dying inside. His only satisfaction is to one up you with a new beamer, rolex, a gate around his house but untimatly his family is only waiting for his demise not his footsteps though the door.

I was talking with a buddy of mine several weeks ago, whose opinions differ than mine, though I respect him because he is usually able to defend them eloquently.
We got on the subject of the War on Iraq, and I asked him what he thought. He stated simply, "We're over there fighting for the liberation of their people, yet we've still got people in this country who are homeless."
And I asked him, "How would you solve homelessness?" And for once, he blanked.
So how do you solve it? Can it be solved? Is it an inevitability until our society becomes so mechanized that every facet of live is provided for us automatically and no one works? Or is there a way to fix the solution in the here or now?

How about this: we give everyone in the US $1 million and freeze prices on everything for 5 years (including insurance, housing costs, electricity, etc.). Whoever is homeless after that, well, too bad.

How about a tax policy that induces the employer to hire the laid off or unemployed along with funding for the mentaly ill homeless person... and the transport to the clinic...
That too shall come to pass...Originally posted by: Alistar7
