long story short, I had some water build-up inside the cinder block foundation of my house.... today I spent like 8 hours digging up some of the old drain and installing a french drain..
I was finishing up by vacuuming the water that was still inside the cinder block,

and when emptying the shop vac I heard like rattling... it's dark out so I couldn't tell what it was.. got a flashlight... holy F!! a crack pipe was inside the cinder block and I vacuumed it up!!!!
WTF do I do?
edit:
also because I'm predicting these questions... I live in a nice neighborhood in a decent area.. the previous people who lived here were like 40 or something.. house was built in 99 and I'm the third owner...

DON'T call the police. That's idiotic. The only thing that could accomplish is (a)you getting laughed at for being a pussy and freaking out over something this trivial, or (b)you getting busted for violation of some BFE state/county paraphenalia law.
Christ, nobody expects you to be "50-cent" here, but you've got a profound lack of street smarts. Get out of your minivan and spend some time in the world.
