shens.

A) you have no idea what a crack pipe looks like or how to identify one

B) if you did find it and were at all worried you'd smash it with a hammer into a million pieces.

C) your an idiot.

DON'T call the police. That's idiotic. The only thing that could accomplish is (a)you getting laughed at for being a pussy and freaking out over something this trivial, or (b)you getting busted for violation of some BFE state/county paraphenalia law.

Christ, nobody expects you to be "50-cent" here, but you've got a profound lack of street smarts. Get out of your minivan and spend some time in the world.

I was finishing up by vacuuming the water that was still inside the cinder block,

and when emptying the shop vac I heard like rattling... it's dark out so I couldn't tell what it was.. got a flashlight... holy F!! a crack pipe was inside the cinder block and I vacuumed it up!!!!

WTF do I do?

edit:

also because I'm predicting these questions... I live in a nice neighborhood in a decent area.. the previous people who lived here were like 40 or something.. house was built in 99 and I'm the third owner...

LOL... I was gonna say that too! But figured he would learn the hard way. It is a felony I believe in some states to possess drug paraphelia containing drug residue. Don't remember all the laws and how they are all inacted in all States..

I can just see the police not buying his story about how he found it, and putting the cuffs on real quick. :Q

yep. and don't forget to scavenge the ground by the cinder block for any small rock particles that may have fallen down there. when your wife asks what your're doing, tell her you're looking for your contact, Dexter

This is the stupidest question ever. Just throw it away. Just watch out for the DEA van parked outside your house. Now that you have made this thread, they are watching you!!!.

Possession of a little piece of glass or whatever isn't illegal. Throw it out and forget about it.
