And you didn't see this before you processed the order? I don't know of any e-commerece that doesn't tell you the exact total while checkout.

$249.56 - $35 off ($300 order, which it was BEFORE all discounts) = $214.56
That's your problem right there. How do you expect to get $35 off $300 if the final total isn't $300?
Once again...

Are you guys stupid? Yes, I believe you guys are. Reread what you just quoted from me. Reread again. See that $300 order, which it was BEFORE all discounts?
For you idiots who don't understand, coupons are applied to prices BEFORE any kind of sales price is introduced. The total price BEFORE all sales was over $300 (hence the reason for the filler, but I don't expect you guys to understand), therefore the coupon WORKS. The $250 is only after other discounts that Dell applied themselves.

yeah DELL really sucks when it comes to anything over the phone. It took me 6 month to receive my refund when I returned a product despite countless hours of calling customer support.

If something costs $300 dollars regular price, but it's on sale for $250, you do not get $35 off 300 since the regular price is $300. That's the way those $x off $xx coupons work. They are applied LAST.
