Does Adam need oxygen to keep his brain alive? Put a bullet thru his brain and he dies. but brain dies as well if you deprive it of oxygen. limited oxygen in that coffin there

Just a thought on that: Adam seems quite aware of what Peter is capable of and he has been around for 400 years. He may have learned a trick or two in masquerading his thoughts.

Forgot to add that Peter's personal motivation to stop the virus is to save Caitlin's life. However he's going about it all wrong. He 'lost' her in the recent past in this timeline when they travelled to a future point in this timeline. If stops the virus from occuring then that future in this timeline ceases to exists and she is lost forever. He can save her if he revisits that future timeline before stopping the virus.

well with the ability to regen, you'd think he could just keep punching over and over again.

Of course if oxygen is needed he's got a day or two.
 
Dangit! My wife called Nathan and Nikki last week and she was right! lol. I said it was going to be Maya and Nikki, so I was kinda right...I just didn't predict that she would come back. Argg!
 
man what an absolutely terrible season that was and an even worse finale.

I really enjoyed the first season.. they could have done so much more with this show than they did. I seriously don't even care to bother with the next round of episodes.. it's just too tedious to watch any longer.

Yeah it's like no one is really dead...I keep thinking they're going to bring Linderman back (since he can heal stuff).

We don't know if Claires or Peters blood needs to be given within a certain amount of time after death. Perhaps something happens that prevents Peter from helping his brother in time.

Hiros entombing Adam may have been the only way Hiro could think of. Hiro didn't know about the bullet to brain. If Hiro finds this out, it will be interesting to see if Hiro has mercy on Adam and digs him up and does that too him.

More likely is someone will want Adams blood and Hiro will let slip where Adam is buried.

Claire really is DUMB. Like her mother said, what kind of life would she have if everyone knew about the heroes and especially Claires power? Not only would the company be after her but about half the world that didn't want to die.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Maya and Mohinder will hook up.

It looks like Kristen Bell is going to be around awhile. I'm hoping for some patricide.

I think they need to keep Sylar around. Otherwise Peter is by far the most powerful and no one can stand up to him. Even Parkman will no longer have any control since Peter has now absorbed his power. Without Sylar to counteract Peter the balance between heroes and villians is out of whack.

He needed to get Adam into the vault so he could identify exactly what was the virus plus he needed to get the virus out so he needed the door open.

 
This show annoys the hell out of me because all the characters are just poorly written asswits. For example:

- peter can't read adam's mind to find out he's a bad guy. moronic.
- instead of phasing through the safe peter spends 15 minutes trying to mind pull it out. moronic.
- everything hiro does. he is by far the most worthless pile of crap with a power I have ever seen. the ability to manipulate time is the most powerful thing you could do but he manages to under-utilize it in literally every situation.

The only 2 characters I like in this show anymore are Noah and Syler, because they actually have brains. I hope season 3 involves them killing all the heroes off, otherwise I probably won't watch it.
 
Huge favour to those who have a bit of time... Can someone PM me what happened last night or point me to a spoilers link? I got the jist of what happened but kinda want to know what happened to each hero...

And if you're wondering, was watching Tin Man last night. The O.Z. is pretty cool 😉

Same major gripes I have. They made Peter too powerful such that they essentially ignore his full power constantly.
 
What I found troublesome was the Hiro vs Peter encounter. This is how any logical person would've handled it:

Hiro: Petah Peh-trelly! I went back in time and saw that Adam Monroe tried to release the virus but he was stopped. (Maybe talk about the red-haired girl (Angela) and Kaito).
Peter: Oh shit, so that's why that woman tried to kill me because I was working "with him."

I also think that now the black girl will truly become St. Joan as what was in that comic wasn't her at that point but is what she will become after Nikki died to save her.

I felt like they were missing some usual dialog when Nikki died too.... Typically in these scenes, the other person will ask "where's so-and-so?" and then the building containing so-and-so blows up. It's just typical and it felt off that Micah didn't wonder where his mom was.

I just think that the reintroduction of all-powerful Sylar is disappointing. He was last season's boss and now we have to put up with him again? Atlhough based on the idea of "Volume III: Villains", I think that some people may join up with Sylar and you may have true groups forming up. Your X-Men vs Magneto so to speak 😛.
