I watched the first two or three episodes, and then lost interest. I caught the last 45 minutes or so from last night though, and I thought this episode was brilliant. Gunna go catch up on the missed episodes on the NBC site.

No....this has been discussed. The only people with related powers through inheritance are Matt and his Dad. Nathan Petrelli is Claire's Dad. If not then they spent a helluva lotta time last season establishing a wasted sub-plot.

Aside from Matt and his Dad it's a total crapshoot. Having powers is inheritable, which power one gets is undetermined.

I hope Syler took out the twins by the next episode. He appears to be alone when he confronts Mohinder. This episode was by far the best of the season. I wonder how HRG was recruited to the company? He seems like the only person in the company without any real powers.

what's kaito's power?
Kaito's power?
Hmmm.
Maybe this:

Kensai is plenty old enough to have started the family line, though. Hell he could be the beginning of the family line to -all- of the heroes.

That is possible. Linderman last season did make illusions to a breeding program to "create" Micah. Linderman was a protage of Kensai. Kensai could have started it, but then was imprisoned and could not continue with it.

Hmm...Makes you wonder just how much of that was planned by Bob. After all, he had access to the paintings and maybe this was concocted as a way to get Claire's blood AND Bennet back on the team.

He only got enough blood for one drip, it seems, so I imagine he planned it out. And so far the paintings have always come true, and no level of interference has been able to change them. We must assume that Bob knows this and knew what would happen.

they stopped the bomb in the first season.

Wait... wait, so Noah is still alive? I turned it off after he got shot in the face.

Yeah. Apparently Bob used Claire's blood to revive Noah.

I'm betting it was Mohinder who brings back HRG.

I like that theory better, however, I don't recall Mohinder ever gathering Claire's blood.

How about this one. Adam and Peter (fly, invisible, walk through walls) were secretly shadowing Bob and Co. They saw the skirmish go down and recovered Noah afterwards and he was healed by Adam's blood...

Hiro doesn't know that he could "kill" Adam/Kenzo by sticking something in his brain so he can only do two things. Leave him in the way,way past or the far future.
I kind of like the idea of Hiro taking him back about a couple hundred million years ago and leaving him to fight dinosaurs.

that wouldnt change anything since he is technically immortal, he would still be there in the present timeline, just a whole lot older, taking him to the future might work.

It's true he didn't collect the blood, but he was in on the plan to get Claire and it wasn't for her looks.😀 Besides that, given the choice of Bob or Mohinder, I gotta go with Mohinder.

Doesn't matter they were all in the van together and all going to the same place. Notice he was looking heavily at his gun on the ride back. I assume he sneaked HRG off to go get healed.

Bomb went off - just not at ground level.

"I'm betting it was Mohinder who brings back HRG."
Since they're all traveling together and Bob's in charge and drew the blood, it's likely his idea in an attempt to win back Noah and or re-capture Claire. Moh could've insisted and planted the idea in Bob's head.

"that wouldnt change anything since he [Adam/Kenzi] is technically immortal"
He can still be imprisoned. Just need a better cage.

Next week's preview shows Nikki up and around. Bob may have extracted enough blood for her and Noah. I'm afraid that the regenerative properties of the blood leads to a mutation of the virus or otherwise acts as a catalyst for its spread. Perhaps a much harder to kill virus. Maybe the undocumented twins will somehow show the gringos that you don't have to be an American citizen to save the world.

Hmmm, Hiro with his sword at Peter's neck.

how bout just cutting adam/kensei into 3 pieces and placing the pieces in different timelines?

he regens.
So would there now be 3 of him?

This didn't happen, but if it did I wouldn't see why not. I am sure you could hinder that process like claire's was until the stick was removed from her neck.
