Nd6 Check, he will have to move Kf8
Qf6 Check, Kg8
Be5, Rh7/Qh7 (more than likely Rook though if he is smart)
Qg6 Check, Kf8/Block with Rf7

If Kf8, Ne8, He will take it with the Queen or King (More than likely the King since his Queen is protecting the Rook), so Ke8
Qg8 Check, Ke7
Qh7 take R Check, FTW!

If Rook block, Bg7 take rook trade, Qg7
Qe8 Check, Kh7/Qf8 (trade queens)

You win!

After Rh7 it's Bf1 (opens up Rg1..#3 in worst case).

In this scenario, Be5, If he moves Rg8
Qh6+, He will either Ke7 Or block with Rook.

If Ke7, then Qh7+ and take rook
If block with Rg6, take with Bg6

If on the other hand he moves Rh7, then follow the original plan.

Doh, you already did original plan with Qf6+, huh? Eh, oh well, either way you win.

Qh6+, He will either Ke7 Or block with Rook.

If Ke7, Bf6 Checkmate.
 
This is easier because it is forcing me to wait and analyze instead of speedily moving through moves like I usually do.
