So basically you weren't super hungry most of your life, but now you're on meds and it's really bad and you're losing weight, correct?

First step would be to see your doctor. I don't know what kind of medication you are on, but there might be an alternative available that doesn't have hunger-reducing side-effects.

Second, how do you feel during the day? Do you get light-headed or tired from lack of meals? Do you feel queasy and that's why you don't feel like eating? Or just nothing - no appetite but no negative effects?

I see two possible strategies to try out:

    1. First, try exercising first thing in the morning. That will deplete your energy and your body should get hungry as a result.

    2. Second, if you're eating at night, all of that food is just sitting in your stomach all night. So it's just slowly digesting overnight with no physical activity to make it burn off. So then you wake up and you don't feel like eating. I never had much of a morning appetite until I changed that myself - what worked for me was to stop eating a few hours before bedtime. Then I woke up and wanted to eat because I felt hungry.

It's not easy to change habits, so making the change of exercising in the morning and not eating 3 hours or so before bed might be pretty difficult, but give it a shot for a good week or so and see if it helps. Changing your metabolism takes time and your body will fight you, but it'll eventually get used to it.

Alternatively, you can do bodybuilding on one meal a day. I had a friend who did it with great results. He had a busy work schedule and only ate one meal a day. This might be a good route to go if you don't want to change your existing habits, or if you try the changes but they don't work for you. Here's a great example article to read:
