I have some chicken that i brined that i FORGOT TO WASH THE BRINE OFF OF! It's currently in the oven cooking in some tomato sauce.
How can I mask the salt?!

Although, the amusing mental images of a chicken on speed with a peltier strapped to its head, doing laps of the farmhouse will stay with me for some time
