I need to find a good source for bulk (50+ pounds) of steel cut oats for cheap to add to my weight gainer shakes. Dense calories ftw!

Alternator shaped?

2 cans of kirkland tuna on four slices of miltons heart heathly bread plus pepper, salt, and a few pumps of I can't believe mosh isn't butter spray.

You need protein for breakfast, not sugar.

You guys are all pathetic. All I see are sugars, carbs, proteins. WTF is that? Its just going to get you fat.

I wake up at 9, hit the office by 10, browse the internet for an hour and a half and then hit up In-n-Out for 2 double doubles and a chocolate shake for lunch. Yeeeahahhhh... Then its on to the local mexican joint for a carne asada burrito with a side of salsa and chips while chugging a couple tall glasses of coke. Thats what I call healthy living.

With a breakfast like yours RedDawn I suspect that you're quite puny an emaciated.

If you really are pushing retirement age and eating such a small breakfast I'm going to begin doubting some of the pictures you've posted.

You'd be lean but not big if you ate like you've posted.

Well, I won't be here forever! I should be home in late October. Anyways, I've hit my goal of 225 here. By the end of 2008 I should be up to 250 :D

Theres 10 pages of products to sort through. I haven't tried an MRP so I can't really recommend one.

The true breakfast of champions is a hit of acid, a bacon, chocolate, and salmon milk shake, and half a bottle of Tabasco sauce.

Or oatmeal, whatever you're in the mood for.

I'll do a couple of eggs if I have time in the morning, Otherwise oatmeal when I get to work, followed by a lite yogurt a few hours later, or vice versa

Chop up a bunch of veggies the night before throw them in a pan with some olive oil and after they're browned throw in a couple of eggs.

Coffee cake. Rum Cake. Cold pizza. Blueberry pie. Ham sammiches. PB&J sammiches. Egg & Cheese burritos. Cereal. Bagels. Dunkin Dognuts.

I don't think about what to eat/make. I just grab whatever sounds good that morning.

Yeah I'd say dog nuts are pretty unconventional. Where can I buy myself some dog nuts?

On a side note, I definitely need to have better eating habits... had a physical the other day and my doc said my BP was a bit high :(

Usually I just have a yogurt and coffee for breakfast, followed by a bit of pasta, bean salad, and some random veggies with a diet coke or tea for lunch. Dinner is usually anything goes, without going overboard.

I think I'm going to start mixing in oatmeal with my breakfasts and tone down dinner a bit...

I don't eat meat, btw...

My breakfast this AM was mini-wheats with a splash of nonfat, a cup of yogurt, and a banana, with coffee.

I wish I had time for breakfast in the morning. Maybe I should start getting up a little earlier and making something good for myself.

My current breakfast is ~6 cigarettes and a pot of coffee.
