I have yet to hear this song of which you speak. When I do listen to the radio, I listen to classick rock stations, so I never have to hear crap like this or that milkshake song.

Absolutely hated the song when it first came out. It's even worst now that it is overplayed on FM. It sucks that I have friends who listen to this and that gawd awful milkshake song.

The fact that "Milk Shake" and "Hey Ya" are so popular is proof that today's music fans are manipulated by Record Execs and suits. Those songs are so simplistic, dull and ridicously stupid that can only be the explanation for their popularity

I only listen to the radio for about an hour a day, so i can't say..

but when i'm home.. i have either vh1 megahits or mtv hits on all the time and I hear all my songs with video like many other people. The fact that the video is great makes the song better on the radio.. lol Outkast has a unique sound.. people are just catching on to them now.. thats why it's popular i guess.

By the way.. how in earth did they get the hottest girls together for that one video..(that chick in pigtails in soo incredibly hot.. so is the one that blows the kiss toward the end)

*sigh*

I really wish people wouldn't judge bands on their singles. particularly outkast, who is one of the best groups of the 90's IMO.

the milk shake song, didnt even need to be played out for me.

kalize sucks. i just hate that song. first time i heard it i didnt like it. hey ya at least took a while for me to hate.

i agree about outkast. they have a lot of good songs. even their popular ones, were good. hey ya, is just well its so catchy that they had to play it OVER AND OVER AND OVER. even, the way you move, is pretty good. and well that isn tplayed that much either. hey ya , just was ridiculously catcy. its like , slim shady when that came out ... omg slim shady almost made me hate eminem before i started to appreciate his later work.

other radio hit outkast songs, like atliens, or miss jackson , that did get radio play did not get played every 4 minutes on every station. plus i can see those 2 particular songs outlasting hey ya , say in 5 years i think i may still hear atliens.

I only heard that song once. Benefits of never listening to the radio or watching MTV. Oh yeah, the song sucks anyway.

*shakes it like a poloroid picture*

I like the song. it hasnt been overplayed here.. and if it has i dont know about it because i dont listen to the radio stations all that much. Its just one of those songs that has little content but a catchy tune.

Yes, A LOT. But it's not as aggravating as hearing 50 Cent or JayZ's songs over and over, I swear.

You can look to songs like Milkshake and Hey Ya as to the main reasons I haven't bought a CD (except blanks of course) since 1998.
Then the recording industry complains sales 'are down'. With crap like this, I don't see why they're so shocked about it.

What about crap like 50 Cent? I bet the Record execs get a big laugh when some wannabe White Punk Gangsta plops down some of Daddy's hard earned cash to buy one of his no ass talent CD's

They don't play it on WIYY. Therefore, I don't hear it. It's good to have a radio station with testicles.

Yep, him too. That POS plopped down +/- $10 Million CASH to buy the house that Mike Tyson used to own not too far from me, in Farmington, CT.
When I see that, it tells me the RIAA is full of crap. These no-talent so-called musicians don't look too destitute to me. Thank god I download everything I want for free, not giving these morons a dime of my hard-earned money (except for the bands/musicians that actually have some talent and I choose to support, such as Dream Theater and TSO).
