Assuming he does not believe that stimulus inherently is directed at white construction workers, then you can assume he thinks that on a merit basis white construction workers would be more likely to get money, and he wants a system that would lower their value in that context.

That has to do with one of the changes of forum software, some people got "imported_" stuck on them for whatever reason during the transfer. There are probably hundreds of them, it's not a multi-account thing.

It is odd that he had a convenient explanation for his name though. No one would pay older AT forum users for an account like they do eBayers, would they?
