After playing halo on pc now (after playing it on xbox), I realize the game is completely average, there is nothing special about it. The multiplayer aint that great either.

Perfect Dark, in both single and multiplayer modes, was far more than Halo ever was. I'm waiting anxiously for Perfect Dark Zero.

hmm compaing goldeneye for the N64 to Halo is like comparing a Bentley to a Kia.
goldeneye was probably one of the best multiplayer games ever made. when you consider its almost 8 years old or so, its amazing. the single player was so amazing
the music was sooo good
i still have great memories of playing marathons with my friends, it was soooooooooooooo much fun

Marathon was awesome. It would even run on a crappy Mac Performa that I had at the office. Unfortunately, other than the graphics, Halo was nowhere near as good as Marathon.
