And Rhezuss they should e-mail you the code once you "purchase" the free game.

Concerning the CD-Key I think GMG will send them later near the release date...not sure though as I didn't received mine either.

Looks like you have to submit a ticket, wade through their BS, and hope they 'reset'/tweak your acct so you can buy stuff.

Edit: They have reset my acct so I can buy stuff, but now the regular GW2 is gone.

Yeah, ^this is all the BS they spew at the customers for problems on their end. After they reset my acct, I can now place an order and get properly redirected to pp to login. This is using the same browser (same session in fact) with firewall/AV up, and even adblock.

I opened at ticket on GMG about the GW2 key and this is what they said:

"I am sorry to hear that you have not received your key for Guild Wars 2. We are aware of this error and we will be sending you a key to your email address as soon as possible.

Regards,
Green Man Gaming Customer Service"
 
Just received an email back from GMG saying they're aware of that issue and they'll send keys via email as soon as they have new ones.

I just received the key in my email.
 
GMG has been terrible for me. I decided to wait and not use my coupon on GW2DD. And when the reg version became available again, once again I can't get PP to work. First they tell me they can't verify IP, then cookies, then java. Blah, blah, blah, "its your browser" BS. I also tried to order on a macbook same problem.

And now the reg version is gone again. Their system is crap.
 
I have 7 keys I'm giving away on my clan site. Arenanet was really heavy handed in giving them out for this one.
 
I'm hoping they get more standard editions before the end of the month 🙁

If not guess I'll have a reason to upgrade to a DD edition 😛
 
Everything seems to be getting dumbed down these days, games are simpler and set towards the general populace - this comes through especially with strategic games that require skill as well.
 
Is there any point in getting the digital deluxe version of this game? Will the $20 mean anything besides a companion and a few one use items? I know in SWTOR, I spent $20 on something I never used or needed.
