Most kids scare easy, even 18-19 year olds. One stern "Shut the fuck up you little shit" will deter most of them. Maybe you will get lucky and they will brake in your unit while you are home - then you can fade them both. Its a Win Win!

We live in a sleepy little development, nice quaint townhomes here in southwest, FL... i've been lucky that I have snowbirds on either side of me so we basically have our area to ourselves... most of the other people are either young professionals (30+) or elderly (65+)
Well two doors down from me, three or four 18-19 year olds moved into a 2 bedroom unit. The first night there, they were having a party, no biggie. Except the next morning there was a empty 15-20 gallon fish tank out on the sidewalk behind the house (runs behind all our units) filled to the brim with beer cans, as well as a choice few scattered around the lawn. Took em a day or two to clean it up, but they did.
Tonight I come home to find their little black bunny (which I saw hopping around on their lanai the other day) sitting in my parking space. I creeped up, he didn't move. I honked, he didn't move. So i parked in the guest parking down the street and walked up to him, he started hopping around under the other cars nearby. I walked around back and they were just sitting out there drinking again, so I told em their bunny got out. They said they tried to catch him about an hour ago or so, but he wouldn't come, so they gave up. I gave them a puzzled look and walked away.
I feel like such an old fart (im only 26), but I why the hell did they move here? Grrr... Time to get a real house so we don't have to be so close to everybody...

I lived in town houses like this from 99 - 2001, solution, move out and find a better place to live or buy a house (which we did). Every other weekend the cops had to be called due to the parties going on at 3:00am.

On a side note - Can we call Animal Protection Services about a pet bunny? The bunny is out again and its been raining all morning.

So, they litter and they have a loose bunny rabbit? The quality of neighbor rants is really declining around here.

so the bunny got out again, this time another neighbors girlfriend found him (actually, she said she almost ran over him). She took him home and put a note up by our mailboxes, so I called and let her know whats going on.
