Well two doors down from me, three or four 18-19 year olds moved into a 2 bedroom unit. The first night there, they were having a party, no biggie. Tonight I come home to find their little black bunny (which I saw hopping around on their lanai the other day) sitting in my parking space. I creeped up, he didn't move. I honked, he didn't move. So i parked in the guest parking down the street and walked up to him, he started hopping around under the other cars nearby. I walked around back and they were just sitting out there drinking again, so I told em their bunny got out. They said they tried to catch him about an hour ago or so, but he wouldn't come, so they gave up. I gave them a puzzled look and walked away.

I feel like such an old fart (im only 26), but I why the hell did they move here? Grrr... Time to get a real house so we don't have to be so close to everybody...

I lived in town houses like this from 99 - 2001, solution, move out and find a better place to live or buy a house (which we did). Every other weekend the cops had to be called due to the parties going on at 3:00am.

well now we have a potentially more serious problem. I was just out walking the dog when I noticed a huge dent in the roof (overhang) where they had their rental moving truck parked, looks like they ran right into the building. Since the outside structure is owned by the HOA, this could be a prob. Gonna call the property management co tomm to let em know.
