ROFL, that's such an awesome story. They're going to cry when their dumbass bunny gets mown down.

yea, then they'll bitch and complain and wanna fight you. damn kids these days!

Most kids scare easy, even 18-19 year olds. One stern "Shut the fuck up you little shit" will deter most of them. Maybe you will get lucky and they will brake in your unit while you are home - then you can fade them both. Its a Win Win!

So, they litter and they have a loose bunny rabbit? The quality of neighbor rants is really declining around here.

We live in a sleepy little development, nice quaint townhomes here in southwest, FL... i've been lucky that I have snowbirds on either side of me so we basically have our area to ourselves... most of the other people are either young professionals (30+) or elderly (65+)

Well two doors down from me, three or four 18-19 year olds moved into a 2 bedroom unit. The first night there, they were having a party, no biggie. Except the next morning there was a empty 15-20 gallon fish tank out on the sidewalk behind the house (runs behind all our units) filled to the brim with beer cans, as well as a choice few scattered around the lawn. Took em a day or two to clean it up, but they did.

Tonight I come home to find their little black bunny (which I saw hopping around on their lanai the other day) sitting in my parking space. I creeped up, he didn't move. I honked, he didn't move. So i parked in the guest parking down the street and walked up to him, he started hopping around under the other cars nearby. I walked around back and they were just sitting out there drinking again, so I told em their bunny got out. They said they tried to catch him about an hour ago or so, but he wouldn't come, so they gave up. I gave them a puzzled look and walked away.

I feel like such an old fart (im only 26), but I why the hell did they move here? Grrr... Time to get a real house so we don't have to be so close to everybody...

I lived in town houses like this from 99 - 2001, solution, move out and find a better place to live or buy a house (which we did). Every other weekend the cops had to be called due to the parties going on at 3:00am.

Meanwhile as the OP tries that, the kids all gang up on him and shank him :/

And next time they throw a party, just join in. Its more fun that way.:D

OP, I'd say it's time for the flaming bag of dog poop. If that doesn't work, put a horse's head in their bed. Once they realize there's no fooling around there, they'll stay on the straight & narrow!! ;)

Pretty sad, I'd say, that a group of 18 to 19 year olds can't catch one rabbit.

We own the unit, its not as if we can just pick up and move so easily.

On a side note - Can we call Animal Protection Services about a pet bunny? The bunny is out again and its been raining all morning.

Inside or outside electric boxes? Shut off power-> shut off party.

Call utilities and have services cut. "We're moving on the ---- and need to end service on that date."

Indeed. It is so much better than when we were in a rented townhome. Privacy and no noise is great.

well now we have a potentially more serious problem. I was just out walking the dog when I noticed a huge dent in the roof (overhang) where they had their rental moving truck parked, looks like they ran right into the building. Since the outside structure is owned by the HOA, this could be a prob. Gonna call the property management co tomm to let em know.

so the bunny got out again, this time another neighbors girlfriend found him (actually, she said she almost ran over him). She took him home and put a note up by our mailboxes, so I called and let her know whats going on.

PSA: bunnies get scared very easily. If they get too scared they die.

Be careful, bunnies can be pretty vicious if provoked.
Perhaps you should look for a silver lining? Are there any drunk 19 year old girls at their parties?
