The only losers of this debate are the American people.

What difference does it make? If any of the Republican candidates get elected, the American people will be losers. Heck, if Hillary gets elected, the American people will be losers. Bernie Sanders is America's only hope at this point.

Did evil socialist Bernie Sanders win the debate on Twitter?

Trump is a clear reason why the nation needs a new voting system.

We need to have priority voting on all candidates to provide for automated runoff elections through a single election day. Present voters with a list of all candidates and allow them to assign numbers to each. Our system would then cross off the candidate with the lowest vote total and add their votes to the others. Rinse repeat until one remains.

If your first choice doesn't win then your vote goes towards your second choice, then third choice, etc.

Voters need more control over who wins, so that additional candidates don't water down and destroy good candidates, thereby allowing a fringe candidate to take center stage simply because no one is sharing his voters. Run off elections are critical to a healthy democracy and ensuring our election process does not stand between the will of the people and election results.

So if I recall Sun Tzu correctly, and I saw that my enemy was going to make a mistake, why would I tell him?

Not sure if it was Sun Tzu or a more recent political strategist that said "if your enemy is destroying itself, do not intervene.'

Twitter is an excellent predictor of who will win elections and is in no way dominated by the young people that happen to have the worst voter turnouts.

Just what America needs a tax and spend socialist.

'Oh your a lazy fuck, don't worry Bernie got some cash for you'

Exhibit A dumbfuck that the GOP candidates are trying to appeal to.

Do you really buy into that crap that all lower class people are lazy fucks? In your view, there's no such thing as a hard working poor or lower class person?

That's what people called Bill Clinton. Not only did he leave with a surplus he also did a major reform on welfare. People just have to compromise to get stuff done.

But that was Bill Clinton...somebody who you can work with. Democrats have no such person, and have thoroughly abandoned center left politics for the extreme left.

Yes, we too can raid social security. Who cares if it goes bankrupt 10 years sooner, that surplus will make us look GOOD!

That was done in the 80's. Taxes were raised to smartly save for the boomers however that fund was promptly used for other stuff.
Clinton did have the tech boom helping him out but he still paid down the deficit and left with a surplus. Whine about it all you want.

The illuminati are working with fox to kill off trump. Some one said there was a black helicopter flying around the area and some chemtrails were visible as well.

Can I just mention how funny it is that the guy leading Republican polls is someone who has endorsed single payer health care while the same people think a plan considerably to the right of that is fascist tyranny?

If you ever needed a bigger sign that this is culture war instead of policy war that's it.

The base just wants someone who will attack their enemies. Policy is secondary.

One of the few time you're correct. Trump is an "outsider" who is tapping into a lot of frustration. That's it. He has a 25 word vocabulary, mainly "dumb" and stupid." His supporters don't give a damn about this egomaniac's nonsensical policies, it's a cult of personality based off a very vague sense of cultural anger.

Ohhh, you mean moderators actually, properly, calling Trump out on his vast history of incredible bullshit didn't stop his popularity? Spin it how you want.

Yes, playing the "war on women" card, by a woman, who had repeatedly called out liberals for using the "war on women" as a fake issue, is fair. It was a blatant a dn ham fisted hatchet job by fox to try and submit to the billionaire establishment overlords.

There is far more bullshit thst they could have called him on but they tried that to turn 50% of the country against him through damsel in distress labeling misogyny.

Had they called him on his tax policies, or hammered him on how is going to bring jobs back from china, sure, but this other bullshit?

That they are trying to defend rosy tells you something about how far they will go to try and end him. But it is backfiring.

Just to be clear: I think Trump is a childish buffoon who would be a disaster as president (similar in a lot of ways to Berlusconi in Italy). That being said, I agree that Fox was very obviously targeting him. Their very first question was designed ONLY to alienate him and him alone. The people pulling the strings at Fox don't want Trump in the race.

no they don't. but I feel it backfired on them. Trump came out looking better then he did going in. I still don't think he has a chance in hell to win the Presidency. But i do think he is one of the favorites to win the GOP nomination.

I still don't think he cares if he loses. I feel he is doing this to strengthen his "brand".

He won't win the nomination. He just said that Megyn Kelly attacked him because she was on her period.

It's gonna catch up to him.

I don't know if he is childish, or just a more "real" American. We are used to suave brands that are very polished but are so multi-faceted that they appeal to everybody and really nobody at the same time. People don't want to step on toes because you never know whose money you'll need soon, so you better just appeal to everybody and stay PC.

Is that really that great of a President? Somebody who just panders and panders and panders and never really gets much accomplished because he has pandered so much that he can't move at all?

Why don't people want to call illegals illegals? Have to pander to future voters.

Why don't people want to call out China for currency manipulation? Because they send tons of money into our political system.

No, that's what people wanted to hear because that's what makes the best weapon against him.

Obviously women pour blood out of their eyes during their period.

That's not even what Trump himself claimed. He said he meant nose, which is ridiculous.

No, what is ridiculous is that people are claiming he meant period blood. If he meant that he'd not have said eyes in the first place. Hence my comment that he meant it since period blood comes out of the eyes also.

It is a ridiculous thing to try and hang him on.

I didn't hear him say vagina. He said blood was pouring out her eyes and... wherever.
Vagina doesn't even fit in with the previous part of the sentence. Granted, the whole quote is a mess, but my interpretation is that he was trying to say she was out for blood.

The right wing establishment wants to turn it into something else because they are shitting their pants over Trump's popularity and message.

He's making them look stupid, so they want him gone and they can go back to bickering about their manufactured wedge issues and who loves Jesus and Israel the most.
