so i'm developing a but of a beer belly. I'm not fat (5'11, 165 last time I checked). So my buddy who is a health nut told me to cut back a tad on the fast food (which I started to do) and to run for 30 minutes a day every other day.
Well, I tried to run today. I couldnt go more than 7 minutes without stopping to walk. So all in all, I ran 20 minutes, walked 10. Now I feel like crap. thighs hurt, hammies are sore, and I feel noxious (sp?)
so what can I do to over come these physical side effects of exercising?
