it says hotmail abandoned pop access but i can still acess my account with outlook express so is that going to end?

Hotmail did abandon pop3 access. However, they still have a proprietary protocol that only works in outlook express and outlook. As long as you limit yourself to those clients, you will be able to access hotmail indefintely.

don't bother with that.... just get yourself the Hotmail Popper... it works like magic!!

Mailwasher also allows use of the Hotmail protocol.

Maybe so, but I'm a slow reader. Glad someone pointed this out to me! Having Outlook 2003 get e-mail from both my ISP and Gmail accounts is just awesome. Bumping this up for other slow readers...

Finally no more of that crappy gmail interface. gosh that thing is a hassle. it's like that saw every possible UI feature and nothing stopped them from adding it.
