Predators kill animals for food. They don't intentionally go out of their way to stick their prey in super glue, and make them starve to death.

Use some common sense - cover it with a plastic bag. Then smash it. You don't have to throw it, just hit it.

Squeeze to set, add peanut butter, kill mouse, squeeze to release mouse (into garbage) and reset.

i have no issue with glue traps. i have a few in my house now. if we catch one ill put it in a plastic bag and take it outside and squash it with a fire log. done end of story and one less mouse.

I have issues with people like you. The worst part about bleeding heart teenagers is that they grow up and turn into bleeding heart college students which are ten times as annoying because then they feel empowered. Don't push so hard to push your values an opinions onto others. It's a damn mouse.

For what it's worth, I've had problems with mice in 2 places that I lived; a college dormitory and a building in Afghanistan. In the dorm I never bothered the mice because they never bothered me. In Afghanistan glue traps were used, and the trapped mice were burned in a garbage burn pit to avoid attracting larger desert rodents.

Bullshit. If you're telling the truth, then society has certainly gone downhill. I would think most people would have better sense than that (and if this thread is any indication, it certainly appears that way). No matter how much you try and rationalise it, it's still wrong to starve a mammal to death when you can just kill it quickly. You're just intentionally making it suffer for no reason at all.

Glue traps are also banned in a lot of countries, and many stores do not stock them anymore. As for the legality, I'm sure it's the law to humanely dispatch live animals on traps.

This thread isn't an indication at all. Someone like you is more likely to post their opinion in a thread like this because your opinion is stronger. Truth is that most people probably don't give a shit about a mouse. You calling everyone morally wrong is what's fucked up.
