It would be an interesting poll to post your most recent pic and ask people what they think your age is.

Yeah, I think my age might surprise a few people.

You're an old fart like me, right?

Wow! Very nice improvement!

Glad you stuck with getting in shape and didn't slack off like most people.

Great job Riprorin! :)

In a whole year, the toys on the floor never moved?

They're different in every pic. WTF are you talking about?

I'm talking about the mat on the floor with trees and streets that he is standing on.

That's a fixture in many playrooms. It just gets vacuumed over. It's basically an area rug for kids to play in.

Riprorin lets you come over and play on it sometimes. That's how you know all this. ;)

:Q How'd you know??!!?

Actually, I have 9 neices and nephews. All my brothers and sister have had one of these rugs at one time or another. :)

What did you do from April to June 2003? That is only a few short months with quite a nice improvement.

Focus a little more on your shoulders with the weight training.

Thanks for the advice. I actually haven't been doing any weight training - just push-ups and situps.

I just joined the fitness center at work and plan on starting to lift three times/week.

What does your typical run/pushup/situp workout consist of?

I'm just wondering because I need to get in better shape, but don't generally have time to go to the gym (I'm taking 19 credits so the extra 30-45 minutes that it takes to go to the gym and back really hurts).

Cool. That's one of the problems with doing calisthenic style resistence training (basically pushups, pullups and situps). Unless you do handstand presses, you never really work your shoulders.
